About Paige Hoyer Williams, MD
Paige Hoyer Williams, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, who specializes in the prevention, detection and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Williams is a Texas native who grew up in the Texas Hill Country. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in psychology at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where she met her husband. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas and received the honor of being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society for being in the top of her class. At graduation she received the distinction for being the highest ranked female in her medical school class. Dr. Williams subsequently completed her internship and dermatology residency at UTMB, where she served as a Chief Resident. After residency, Dr. Williams furthered her training and completed a prestigious Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship at the Methodist Hospital under the tutelage of Leonard H. Goldberg, MD.
Dr. Williams has published over 25 scientific papers in the field of dermatology and continues to mentor medical students and residents. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and skin types. Her clinical interests include cutaneous oncology, specifically Mohs micrographic surgery and aesthetic reconstruction after removal of skin cancer, dermatologic surgery, scar revision, lipomas, cysts, hidradenitis suppurativa, and acne. She looks forward to serving the El Campo community and surrounding areas for all their skin lumps and bumps!
Dr. Williams currently lives in Houston, TX with her husband, cat, and horse. She enjoys exercising, food, traveling, and competitive horse show jumping.
