2. Hats: A wide-brimmed hat that covers the face and ears is ideal. Avid runners can utilize hats to help avoid excessive sun rays. Using a hat while at the pool or beach or when taking walks outside.
3. Protective clothing: Dr. Riahi recommends utilizing clothing to protect the skin from excessive sun exposure.
