Dr. Ming Jih is lovely as is her entire staff. The entire experience was so great I had to write about it because I saw so many not good reviews. First of all walking into the waiting room is lovely and peaceful and clean and up to date. There was a lovely person who greeted me. I completed very minimal paperwork and within five minutes was taken back to a room and I just had enough time to change into account before I was seeing the doctor helps and answered all of my questions and even help to me with an unexpected issue all in a very timely manner. I feel very confident and comfortable in this office.
I had a follow up appointment today about a concern that popped up after my appointment a few weeks ago. AGAIN Office was great! Friendly. Got me in and seen and area examined and questions answered and paid and out in 20 minutes. Front staff medical assistants and Dr. Jih all super professional and lovely.
