I am writing on behalf of Anna in the billing office. I called earlier today to discuss a bill that was issued from the Kingwood location. Anna talked with me, listened to my concerns, and explained the charges on my bill. Just a few minutes ago, she left a message on my cell phone to say that she had contacted the Kingwood office and discussed details of my earlier phone call with her. The Kingwood office addressed my concern and adjusted the bill– in my favor! Wow! I sincerely appreciate the effort Anna took and the grace given by the Kingwood office. We will certainly contact your practice in the future should our family need a dermatologist again.
